How does the loan renewal process work?

We’ve received your request for an early renewal. Please note that all early renewal requests are subject to review. While completing the full term of your loan is beneficial for your credit history, we understand that emergencies can occur.


What information do I need to provide for my early renewal request?

To assist with your renewal, please provide the following:

  1. Upload your latest 2 payslips in your online account.
  2. Provide the reason for your early renewal request.
  3. Attach any supporting documents to help us evaluate your request.


What happens to my existing loan balance?

As part of the early renewal process, the balance on your existing loan will be deducted from the proceeds of your new loan. This ensures you only have one active account, making it easier to manage and reducing the interest you pay.


What about deductions already made from my salary?

If a deduction was already processed for your existing loan, the amount will be refunded within 2 business days after the next payday. This refund is automatic, and no further action is needed on your part.
