Why is my salary deduction not reflected in the GCP system?
Your salary deduction may already appear on your payslip, but it won't be reflected in our system until we receive the remittance report from your payroll department.
How long will it take for the payment to show in the system?
Once we receive the remittance report from payroll, we will update our GCP system within 24 hours. You will also receive an SMS notification once your payment is applied.
Why is there a delay in updating the payment?
Since our payroll systems and GCP’s systems are not linked in real time, updates will occur only after we receive the remittance file from payroll, typically within 2 business days after payday. We’ve already requested an update from payroll to speed up the process.
What should I do if I have one payment remaining and want to renew early?
Once you receive the SMS notification, you can proceed with early renewal if only one payment remains.
