OTP CONCERN

If you are not receiving an OTP during registration, please try the following steps:

  • Check your phone signal – Ensure that you have a stable network connection.
  • Check your spam or blocked messages – The OTP may have been filtered by your phone settings.
  • Ensure your mobile number is correct – Double-check the number you provided during registration.
  • Wait for a few minutes – OTP delivery may be delayed due to network traffic.

If you still haven't received the OTP after 5 minutes, you may:

  • Click "Resend OTP" on the registration page.
  • Contact Support – Reach out to our team through the Customer Portal via wecare@globalcreditpros.com
