Why am I being asked to upload new documents?

We have received your application, but some of the documents you submitted are older than 6 months. To move forward, please upload the following updated documents to your online account:

  1. Company ID (Front and back)
  2. One Government-issued ID (Note: PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG IDs are not accepted)
  3. Proof of Residence (e.g., bill, SOA, Barangay or NBI clearance)
  4. Latest 2 payslips


What should I ensure when uploading documents?

Make sure the documents are complete, clear copies, and uploaded to your CreditPros account.


What happens after I upload the documents?

Once the required documents are uploaded, we will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) for standard phone verification. Please ensure you're available for the call.
